is well connected to the rest of Durban providing easy access into
and out of Cato Manor.

providing opportunities
within Cato Manor that will attract outsiders including
employment and commercial
opportunities
recreational opportunities
such as sports complexes, a metropolitan park and a major cultural/entertainment
centre
tourist routes through
the area which take advantage of historical sites, the many temples
and mosques, as well as the colourful history of Cato Manor.
